Modern holiday home with direct access to the Les Tonyines beach near Llançà on the Costa Brava. This property features two spacious terraces with breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and airy living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. From this area, you can step out onto the large terrace, offering fantastic sea views and direct access to the beach. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and another modern bathroom.

From this floor, you also have access to a beautiful balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The holiday home is located on a private, fenced plot with its own parking space. The living and dining area as well as one double bedroom are air-conditioned. For safety reasons, the fireplace may not be used.

This holiday home combines modern comfort with a unique beachfront location, making it the perfect base for a relaxing Mediterranean getaway on the Costa Brava.
