The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room with a fireplace and TV, and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. From this area, you can access the large terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the sea and leads directly to the beach. On the upper level of the house, there are two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. From this floor, you also have access to a large, beautiful terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The holiday home is located on a gated property that includes a parking space. Please note: The living and dining room, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, are air-conditioned.

The fireplace in the house may not be used for safety reasons.

Llançà is a picturesque coastal town in Catalonia, just 15 kilometers from the French-Spanish border, nestled in a breathtaking landscape between mountains and sea. The town is divided into two areas: the original Llançà-Ort, which is centered around the charming, historic town square, Plaza Mayor, and the more modern Port de Llançà, which developed during the 20th century.
