Large Mediterranean holiday home, only 300 meters from the Platja de la Farella beach in Llançà on the Costa Brava. The house features several terraces with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

The holiday home spans two floors. On the ground floor, you will find three double bedrooms, a practical laundry room with washing machine, and access to a lovely terrace. On the upper floor, there is a bright living and dining area with sofa bed and satellite TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a modern bathroom. From the living and dining area, you can access a beautiful terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pyrenees foothills.

The house is accessed through the garden, which is shared with the neighboring house. The large garage provides ample space for two vehicles and a trailer.

This holiday home is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation, with its proximity to the beach and wonderful mountain views – perfect for a peaceful getaway on the Costa Brava.
