Holiday house only 100m from the beach, in the center of Port de la Selva, on the Costa Brava.

The house has 2 floors. Downstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Access to a large sun terrace. Above the house has a living/dining room with a chimney and satellite TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace with views of the surroundings. A laundry room with washing machine is located in the garden. Closed plot with a large sun terrace and a barbecue. Free public parkings in the immediate vicinity.

In the north of the Costa Brava, the resorts have the classic structure of coastal locations.
