How do I find the right holiday rental in Spain?
Enter your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests in the calendar, then click “Results.” All available accommodations (± 3 days from your selected dates) will be displayed. You can refine your search by coastal region (e.g., Costa Brava, Costa Blanca) or holiday destination. Using the “Filter” function, you can further narrow your search, for example by mandatory arrival date, property type, or special offers (last-minute deals, promotions, etc.).
Why is no rental price shown for a property?
Click on the displayed rental calendar to change your travel dates. Available dates are marked in green, and check-in and check-out days are bold. If you like a holiday rental and it is available, but the desired check-in or check-out dates are not selectable, you can send a non-binding inquiry. We will then gladly check with the owner to see if alternative arrival dates are possible.
Can additional guests stay in the property?
Depending on the property, additional guests may be allowed. However, this must always be arranged before your stay.
Can a group of teenagers book a property?
Groups of young people under 18 years are generally not allowed. Group bookings must be agreed with us in advance. A separate security deposit is required. Parties and disturbances are not permitted.
How many pets can I bring?
The number of pets allowed depends on the respective accommodation and is indicated in the property description. When booking, please provide details of dogs’ breed, weight, and size in the “Guest Message” field so that we can confirm with the owner. If you wish to bring more pets than allowed, we will gladly coordinate this with the owner on your behalf.
How up-to-date are the availability dates?
Our availability data is automatically updated every 15 minutes and is always up to date.
How can I list my holiday property on spanien-web.de?
Would you like to rent out your holiday property through us? Click on “Login”, register, and select “Do you want to publish properties on Spanien-Web.de?” as “Yes”. Follow the instructions. If you have any questions, you can reach us by phone at +49 68 51 / 80 86 55 or by email with your phone number. We will set up a personal account for you.
Can I sell a property or offer it for long-term rental on spanien-web.de?
No, Spanien-Web.de only facilitates holiday rentals. For property sales or long-term rentals, please use our platform www.spanien-immo-welt.de.
