Payment process for a reservation:
1. Payment upon booking (deposit): 40%
2. Payment (final payment): 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
If the period between booking and arrival is less than 6 weeks, the full rental price is due.
Arrival and departure:
The arrival/departure days in the occupancy calendar are highlighted in bold.
Arrival: Saturday from 04:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Departure: Saturday before 10:00 a.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Arrivals outside the opening times of the offices is available by prior arrangement.
Occupancy of the accommodation:
Generally, increased occupancy of the accommodation with more people is possible, but a prior notification must be made in every case.
Children from the age of 4 are considered as full persons.
"Youth groups not allowed" means: groups of young people up to the age of 25 are not accepted. In the event of a violation, no access to the property will be granted. This does not affect young families with children.
Service:
The offered services, such as Additional occupancy, bed linen, towels etc. (if not included in the rental price) can be ordered directly from us.

Please pre-order internet wifi (the receiving device) 3 weeks before arrival. The reception quality can vary, depending on the rental property.
If you want to bring a pet, please tell us which pet (cat / dog or size / breed, if possible).
In the high season it makes sense to pre-order bed linen and towels, in the low season there are usually enough bed linen and towels available.
Security:
A security deposit is payable when receiving the keys on arrival. This will be refunded upon proper handover of the accommodation at the end of your stay.

Visitor's taxes:
The price is 1 €/person/night. A maximum of 7 nights must be paid for. The tourist tax is payable from the age of 17. Children and young people up to the age of 16 are exempt from the tourist tax. To avoid unnecessary waiting on your arrival time at the office on site, please print out the registration form and send it to us before your arrival, so that we can forward it.
