The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor impresses with a bright and spacious living and dining area, equipped with satellite TV and a sofa bed. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. A guest WC completes this floor. From the living and dining area, you can access a beautiful terrace offering a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The enclosed property provides plenty of privacy. A garage with a washing machine and a parking space are also available.

Llançà is a picturesque coastal town in Catalonia, just 15 kilometers from the French-Spanish border, nestled in a breathtaking landscape between mountains and sea.

The town is divided into two areas: the original Llançà-Ort, which is centered around the charming, historic town square, Plaza Mayor, and the more modern Port de Llançà, which developed during the 20th century.
