Modern holiday apartment in a location close to the beach on the Costa Brava – only 200 meters from the sea and about 1.5 kilometers from the center of the charming holiday resort Llançà, in the district of Grifeu. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained multi-family house and has a private swimming pool.

The apartment has a bright living and dining area with satellite TV and an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Three double bedrooms (one bedroom with a sofa bed), a modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet are available.

From the living area you have direct access to a spacious sun terrace with an outdoor kitchen and the private pool.

Llançà is a picturesque coastal town in Catalonia, just 15 kilometers from the French-Spanish border, nestled in a breathtaking landscape between mountains and sea.

The town is divided into two areas: the original Llançà-Ort, which is centered around the charming, historic town square, Plaza Mayor, and the more modern Port de Llançà, which developed during the 20th century.
