Charming holiday home near Llançà on the Costa Brava – only 400 meters from the beach. This cozy terraced house is located in a child-friendly holiday complex with a large swimming pool, a separate children's pool, and a spacious sun terrace.

The holiday home extends over two floors (the third floor is private and not accessible). On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a washing machine, as well as direct access to the expansive sun terrace of the holiday complex. On the upper floor, a bright living and dining area with a television awaits you, along with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate guest WC. From the living area, you can step onto a lovely terrace with a wonderful view over the complex and out to the mountains. A private parking space within the holiday complex is also available. The communal pool is open from June until the end of September.

Whether relaxed days at the beach, fun in the pool, or excursions into the fascinating nature of the Costa Brava – this holiday home combines the advantages of a family-friendly complex with a dream location.
