The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with three beds each and separate entrances. Two bathrooms are available, and if needed, additional extra beds for up to two people can be provided.

The outdoor area of the villa is truly a highlight: the fully enclosed property ensures privacy and features a chill-out area with an outdoor kitchen, the built-in barbecue, and the expansive sun terrace surrounding the large private swimming pool. Parking spaces are also available.
