Payment

• Deposit: 40 % upon booking
• Balance: 60 % upon key handover (cash or credit card)
• Alternatively, full payment before arrival via bank transfer – bank details on request

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (flexible by arrangement)
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM (flexible by arrangement)
• Off-season: flexible times
• Check-in outside office hours possible by arrangement
• Check-in and check-out days are highlighted in bold in the calendar

Occupancy

• Additional guests must be registered
• Children from 4 years count as full guests

Youth Groups (Owner Approval Required)

• Holiday House: Deposit €200 per person
• Holiday Apartment: Deposit €75 per person
• Deposit refunded within one week after departure if property is returned in good condition
• Parties/noise after 10:00 PM not allowed – violations result in immediate departure without refund

Services

• All services (e.g., additional guests, Wi-Fi, pets) payable on site
• Wi-Fi: Device should be ordered 6 weeks before arrival
• Pets: Specify type, size, and breed when booking
• Bedding/Towels: Pre-order recommended during peak season

Deposit

• Payable upon key handover (cash or credit card)
• Refunded after proper return
