Charming holiday home near Llançà on the Costa Brava, only 400 meters from the beach.
The holiday property is connected to a child-friendly holiday complex with a large swimming pool, a separate children's pool, and a spacious sun terrace.

The house extends over three floors. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and access to the sun terrace of the holiday complex. On the first floor, a bright living and dining area with TV awaits you, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and access to a beautiful terrace with a magnificent panoramic view over the complex and the surrounding mountains. The second upper floor has another bedroom with three single beds and an additional bathroom. Here too, a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the mountains invites you to relax. A special highlight is the rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

A private parking space within the holiday complex is available. The communal pool is open from June until the end of September.

Whether relaxed walks on the beach, refreshing hours in the pool, or excursions into the impressive nature of the Costa Brava – this holiday home combines the advantages of a family-friendly complex with a dream location.
