Arrival and departure:

• Arrival: Saturday from 04:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m (unless otherwise agreed)
• Departure: Saturday before 10:00 a.m (unless otherwise agreed)
• Arrivals outside the opening times of the offices is available by prior arrangement.

Generally, increased occupancy of the accommodation with more people is possible, but a prior notification must be made in every case.

During the high season, all rentals are made on a weekly basis or multiples thereof. Should you wish to stay for example for 10 days, you are still required to pay for 2 weeks.

Service:

These services can be ordered directly from us but they are payable locally on arrival.

• Additional occupancy per person: 10% of the rental price.
• Cot per booking: 22 €
• Children's chair per booking: 11 €
• Pet per week: 30 €
• Info: EU-Roaming
• Administrative costs: 33 €

In high season it makes sense to pre-order bed linen and towels, in low season usually, there is enough available.

If you want to reserve:

• Deposit: 40 %
• Final payment: 60 days prior to arrival.
• Last Minute: 60% locally on arrival in cash.

Security:

• A security deposit is payable when receiving the keys on arrival. This will be refunded upon proper handover of the accommodation at the end of your stay.
• Security deposit is payable by credit card or in cash, depending on the rental property: 200 € to 800 €.
