Payment

• Deposit: 40 % upon booking
• Balance: Payable 21 days before arrival via bank transfer to Spain.
  • Bank details can be found in your rental agreement.
• If the period between booking and arrival is less than 21 days, the full rental amount is due immediately.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 16:30 – 19:00 (flexible by arrangement)
• Check-out: by 10:00 (flexible by arrangement)
• Off-season: flexible check-in and check-out times available
• Check-in and check-out days are highlighted in bold in the calendar

Occupancy

• Additional guests must be registered
• Children from 4 years old count as full guests

Youth Groups (Owner Approval Required)

• Holiday House: Security Deposit €200 per person
• Holiday Apartment: Security Deposit €75 per person
• Deposit refunded within one week after departure if the property is returned in proper condition
• Parties or noise after 22:00 not allowed – violations may result in immediate departure without refund

Services

• All services (e.g., additional guests, Wi-Fi, pets) payable on site
• Wi-Fi: Device should be ordered 6 weeks before arrival
• Pets: Specify type, size, and breed when booking
• Bedding/Towels: Pre-order recommended during peak season

Tourist Tax

• Not included in the rental price, maximum 7 nights
• Applicable from 17 years, children/youth up to 16 years free

• To avoid delays: print, fill in, and send back the form before arrival
