Modern holiday apartment in a privileged location, just around 50 metres from Fustera Beach between Calpe and Moraira. The fine sandy beach with its crystal-clear waters is ideal for relaxing days by the sea and a variety of water sports such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. As part of a marine reserve, the coastline is also a popular spot for snorkelling and diving, offering a fascinating variety of marine life.

The holiday apartment is located on the lower floor of a newly built complex. It features a bright living and dining area with TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen, one double bedroom and a modern bathroom with washing machine. From the living and dining area, you can access a lovely terrace overlooking the holiday complex. The modern complex offers a spacious communal area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and Balinese beds. A chill-out restaurant provides the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a drink, while live music is offered on selected evenings. The pool is open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Fustera Beach is just a few minutes' walk away. A beach bar directly on the shore invites you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere. There are also picnic areas, a children's playground and a supermarket, all just around a two-minute walk away. The living and dining area is air-conditioned. Parking spaces are available in front of the holiday complex.
