Payment process for a reservation:
1. Payment upon booking (deposit): 40%irst payment: 40%
2. Payment, 35% 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival.
3rd payment, 25% cash on arrival. (Bank transfer possible before arrival).
Arrival and departure:
The arrival/departure days in the occupancy calendar are highlighted in bold.
Arrival: from 04:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Departure: before 10:00 a.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Arrivals outside the opening times of the offices is possible by prior arrangement.
Occupancy of the accommodation:
A additional occupancy of a holiday accommodation must be notified in advance in any case.
Children from the age of 4 are considered as full persons.
"Youth groups not allowed" means: groups of young people up to the age of 25 are not accepted. In the event of a violation, no access to the property will be granted. This does not affect young families with children.
Accommodation price:
The price includes: The fully equipped accommodation, (VAT, local, municipal or tourist taxes), bed linen and towels, water, electricity, final cleaning, air conditioning (if any) and winter heating (if any) by date, maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and gardens.
Service:
The offered services, such as additional occupancy, pets, cot, high chair, etc. (if not included in the rental price) can be ordered.

Please pre-order internet wifi (the receiving device) 3 weeks before departure. The reception quality can vary, depending on the rental property.
For a pet, please tell us which pet (cat / dog or size / breed, if possible).
In the high season it makes sense to pre-order bed linen and towels, in the low season there are usually enough bed linen and towels available.
Security:
A security deposit is payable when receiving the keys on arrival. This will be refunded upon proper handover of the accommodation at the end of your stay.

Visitor's taxes:
The visitor's tax is included in the rental price as a tourist tax. To avoid unnecessary waiting on your arrival time at the office on site, please print out the registration form and send it to us before your arrival, so that we can forward it.
