Thank you for your interest in our holiday accommodations. Here you will find all the essential information regarding booking, facilities, rental prices, rental periods, and more.

How to Book Your Desired Holiday Accommodation

• Fill out the booking form and click "Make booking".
• Your booking is binding once your request is received by us.
• We will confirm your booking. You will receive an email with the booking confirmation, payment details, and a detailed cost breakdown.
• Please check the booking confirmation immediately for accuracy and inform us of any discrepancies.
• Transfer the agreed deposit to the specified account.
• After receipt of payment, you will promptly receive the rental agreement and your travel documents by email.

Bookings for the Following Year – Flexible Deposit

For bookings for the upcoming year, we offer a flexible deposit schedule. Upon request, you may pay the deposit in two installments:

• 20% of the total amount at the time of booking
• Another 20% by February 15 of the following year at the latest

General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the mediation of holiday accommodations by Iberia Touristic Vermittlung, which are rented directly from an agency ("landlord"). We mediate the conclusion of rental contracts as a single service. There is a service contract (§§ 675, 631 BGB) between you and Iberia Touristic Vermittlung.

Since July 1, 2018, bookings of holiday homes as individual services are no longer subject to a security certificate. We are authorized to accept payments. If due payments are not made despite reminders, we may – also on behalf of the landlord – withdraw from the contract and claim cancellation or damage costs. Please ensure that the full invoice amount is received by us without deduction of bank charges.

Accommodation Facilities

Please refer to the property descriptions for the facilities of each holiday accommodation; they are designed for a comfortable stay. For houses with a private pool, sun loungers are provided, and pool cleaning is included. Bedrooms, unless otherwise stated, are set up for 2 persons and feature either a double bed or 2 single beds. Should any issues arise during your stay or the booked accommodation is not as described, please contact the landlord immediately, as Iberia Touristic Vermittlung cannot provide assistance as a mediator.

Pets

Most accommodations allow pets, but they must always be registered in advance. In Spain, an additional fee usually applies. Please provide the breed, size, and weight of your pet.

Rental Prices and Duration

The listed rental prices apply to the stated number of persons. Additional guests must be registered in advance. All extra costs and services must be paid to the landlord upon key handover.

Payment Information

After receipt of your deposit, you will receive the rental agreement and travel documents by email. Remaining payments are made directly to the landlord. Bank details will be provided upon request. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the total rental price is due immediately.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, a security deposit must be provided to ensure proper use of the accommodation. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages occurred.

Deposit for Youth Groups

Groups under 18 years are not permitted. For groups up to 28 years, a separate deposit per person applies.

Deposit via Credit Card

If paid by credit card, the amount is blocked but not charged unless a dispute occurs.

Tourist Tax in Catalonia

Since November 1, 2012, a tourist tax is levied. If not included in the rental price, it must be paid locally.

Arrival

The arrival time is indicated in your rental agreement. In case of delay, please contact the landlord directly by phone or email. The corresponding phone number can be found in your rental agreement. The landlord reserves the right to reassign the accommodation if no timely notice is given.

Changes to Booking

Changes are possible up to 90 days before the start of your stay (fee: €45), but availability cannot be guaranteed. If the originally booked accommodation is not available, a replacement will be provided on site.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of your stay. Please do so in writing by registered mail. The date of receipt by us is decisive.

• Up to 90 days before arrival: 10% of rental price
• 89–60 days: 25% of rental price
• 59–35 days: 50% of rental price
• 34–8 days: 80% of rental price

For later cancellations, the full rental price applies. If we can rebook the accommodation, a processing fee of at least 10% of the rental price, minimum €150, applies.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
