The villa offers a bright living and dining area with fireplace and TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a contemporary bathroom. From here, you have access to a large partially covered terrace with fantastic sea views. In the tower, which is independent from the main house, there is a third bedroom offering a spectacular view of the sea. On the pool level, a second modern bathroom is available. The partly enclosed property includes a generous sun terrace with a large private swimming pool and stunning views of the Mediterranean. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house, and access is via stairs from the street. The living and dining area is air-conditioned.
