The villa has 2 floors. Below there is a living/dining room with chimney and Satellite TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 1 WC extra and a lovely covered terrace. Access to the large pool terrace with panoramic views of the mountains. Upstairs are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Access to a roof terrace with fantastic panoramic sea views. Closed plot with a large terrace to take the sun and a private swimming pool. Parking. (Villa PP 815 and PP 816 are right next to each other)

The Playa de Pals is a 10km long and 90m wide, flat in the sea sloping sandy beach, which extends interrupted from the mouth of the Ter to l'Estartit.
