The holiday house is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential area of Dénia, just a short drive from the beautiful beaches and the charming town centre.

The holiday house welcomes you with a bright and light-filled living-dining area equipped with a fireplace and a TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The house has two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. From the living-dining area, you can access a beautiful covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea. A staircase leads to the spacious pool terrace. On the enclosed property, you will find an outdoor shower and a large private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. In front of the house, there is another terrace overlooking the Mediterranean surroundings. There is also an outdoor shower, a garage with a washing machine and a parking space in front of the garage. The house is accessed via an approx. 200 m long gravel road. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
