The property is located in Playa de Pals on the Costa Brava in a privileged location: the restaurant “Sa Punta” is just 600 metres away, the “Jodofi” supermarket is 1 km away, the sandy beaches of “Illa Roja” and “Sa Riera” are 2 km away and the renowned “Golf de Pals” golf course is 3 km away.

The holiday home is spread over two floors. On the upper floor, you will find a bright living and dining room with a fireplace and TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. From the living area, you have direct access to a spacious sun terrace, where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the sea. On the lower floor, there are three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The living and dining area is equipped with air conditioning. The property is fully enclosed and offers parking directly in front of the house.
