The upper floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with large panoramic windows, sea views and a fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, three double bedrooms (one with bunk beds), and a contemporary bathroom. From the living area, you can step out onto a lovely covered terrace and a stylish chill-out area with panoramic sea views and direct access to the generous pool terrace.

The lower level, accessible via a separate entrance, offers an additional double bedroom with a sofa bed for two people, TV and a modern bathroom. From here, there is access to another beautiful covered terrace with stunning panoramic sea views. The property is set on a fully enclosed plot and offers a large sun terrace and a spacious private swimming pool.

Parking is available directly in front of the villa. This exclusive villa combines comfort, privacy and spectacular views, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Costa Brava and the charming area of Playa de Pals.
