Set within a well-maintained Mediterranean-style residential complex, you have access to a spacious sunbathing lawn with swimming pools and a children's pool.

The holiday home is spread over two floors. It features a bright living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The living and dining area opens onto a pleasant covered terrace and a private front garden with access to the communal grounds. On the upper floor of the bungalow, you will find a spacious terrace with a built-in barbecue and views over the Mediterranean-style complex. A parking space is available.
