A modern bathroom completes the ground floor. From the living room, you can access a beautiful covered terrace and the private garden with a built-in barbecue area. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a lovely terrace offering panoramic views of the mountains. The house is situated on a fully enclosed private plot. A parking space is located directly at the house. (The communal pools are open from April 1st to October 31st.)
