The villa is arranged over two floors and offers a bright living and dining area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a storage room with washing machine, four double bedrooms, a guest WC and four modern bathrooms. From the living and dining area you have direct access to a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the canal. Upstairs, you will find a large balcony, also with wonderful views of the pool and the canal.

The enclosed property includes a chill-out area and a spacious sun terrace with a large private pool. From the pool terrace you have direct access to the private boat mooring. Parking is available on the property. (Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price for stays of 7 nights or more)
