A guest WC and direct access to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool complete this level. From the terrace, a staircase leads directly to the beautifully maintained communal area. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Additionally, two parking spaces are available in the private underground garage.
