Beautiful Mediterranean holiday villa with a private swimming pool in Moraira on the Costa Blanca. The property is located just 800 m from the sandy Playa El Portet beach and offers wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

The stylish villa features a bright living and dining area with TV, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A separate utility room with washing machine is also available. The villa offers accommodation for up to 8 guests and has two modern bathrooms. From the living and dining area, you have direct access to the beautiful covered terrace overlooking the private pool and the surrounding landscape. A wrought-iron spiral staircase leads up to the spacious roof terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views.

The fully enclosed property offers several cosy chill-out areas, a barbecue house with outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue, spacious terraces and a large sun terrace surrounding the private swimming pool. An outdoor shower provides additional refreshment after a swim. Please note that the built-in barbecue is purely decorative and must not be used due to the close proximity of the pine trees. There are three partially covered parking spaces available on the property.

The villa combines Mediterranean charm, privacy and comfortable amenities with generous outdoor areas, a private pool and beautiful panoramic views.
