The balcony on the upper floor offers breathtaking views across the holiday complex and the Mediterranean landscape of Moraira. On the enclosed grounds of the property, you will find a brick barbecue, a large sun terrace, and a parking space for your vehicle.

Moraira is a small fishing village on the Costa Blanca, nestled in the surrounding mountains of Bernia, in a beautiful bay that can be considered a natural harbor. Despite the tourism, the place managed to preserve its originality. The former fishing village has become a popular summer resort in the last few years.
