The holiday home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room with a fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a bathroom. From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious covered terrace with a built-in barbecue – perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The enclosed property offers plenty of privacy while giving you access to the well-kept Mediterranean communal gardens with a large sunbathing lawn and the swimming pool. A parking space is available within the holiday complex.
