Holiday bungalow on the Costa Brava, close to the golf course and only 500m from the beach of Playa de Pals, connected to a well-kept community with a swimming pool for holidaymakers.

The bungalow has 2 floors. Downstairs you find a living/dining room with a chimney, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 1 guest toilet and access to a beautiful covered terrace with a barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to a small terrace overlooking the resort. Closed plot with parking.

The region of the Playa de Pals is located in the center of the Costa Brava and was named after the town of Pals (World Heritage) in the interior. The Playa de Pals is a 10km long and 90m wide, flat in the sea sloping sandy beach, which extends interrupted from the mouth of the Ter to l'Estartit.
