The house spans two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright living and dining area with two sofa beds (each for one person) and satellite TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and access to a lovely terrace with a built-in barbecue and harbor views. Another terrace is located in front of the house. The first floor offers three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms (with washing machine and dryer). The highlight of the house is the large terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the canal.

From here, you can access the private dock directly. A covered parking space is also available.
