Costa Cálida - Extras & Booking

Payment

• Deposit: 40% upon booking
• Balance payment: 21 days before arrival via bank transfer to Spain.
  • The bank details can be found in your rental contract.
• If the period between booking and arrival is less than 21 days, the full rental amount is due immediately.

Arrival & Departure

• Arrival: 17:00 – 19:00 (different times possible by arrangement)
• Departure: until 10:00 (different times possible by arrangement)
• Low season: flexible times
• Arrival outside office hours is possible by prior arrangement
• Arrival and departure days are marked in bold in the calendar

Occupancy

• Additional occupants must be registered
• Children aged 4 and above count as full persons

Youth groups with owner’s approval

• Holiday home: deposit €200 per person
• Apartment: deposit €75 per person
• The deposit will be refunded within one week after departure, provided the property is returned in proper condition
• Parties or noise after 22:00 are not permitted – violations will result in immediate departure without refund

Services

• All services (e.g., extra occupants, Wi-Fi, pets) payable on-site
• Wi-Fi: please order the Wi-Fi device at least 6 weeks before arrival
• Pets: specify type, size, and breed when booking
• Bedding/towels: pre-order recommended in high season

Deposit

• Payable at key handover, in cash or by credit card
• Refund after proper return of the property
