On the upper floor, you will find a spacious room with a TV and a double pull-out bed, an open sleeping area with another pull-out bed (accommodating up to two people) and a modern bathroom. From here, you can access a spacious covered terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean landscape. The enclosed property includes a chill-out area, an outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, and a generous sun terrace with a large private swimming pool. Private parking spaces are available in front of the property.
