A staircase leads down to the beach. 

The holiday villa is spread over two floors. On the lower level, you will find a bright living and dining room with TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a double bedroom with an adjoining modern bathroom. From the living and dining area, you have access to a beautiful covered terrace with impressive views of the Mediterranean surroundings.

On the upper floor, there are three additional double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and access to a lovely balcony with panoramic views over the landscape of Cala Canyelles. The enclosed Mediterranean-style property features a barbecue house with an outdoor kitchen, a built-in barbecue area and a spacious pool terrace with a large private swimming pool. Parking space for several vehicles is available in front of the property.
