From the living and dining area, you can access a balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding Mediterranean landscape and the sea. The highlight of the property is the newly built sun terrace with a large private infinity swimming pool and outdoor shower. The enclosed grounds include an outdoor kitchen, a built-in barbecue, and a garage for two vehicles.
