From the living and dining area, you have direct access to a beautiful covered terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the canal. Outside, you’ll find a large sun terrace with an outdoor shower, the spacious private swimming pool, and a 17-meter boat dock directly on the canal. The enclosed property also offers parking for your vehicles. In the garage (not usable as parking) there is an additional fridge and a washing machine.
