This exclusive, modern holiday home with a large private swimming pool is located in the prestigious urbanisation Cala Sant Francesc near Blanes on the Costa Brava in Spain. The property is only about a 7-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of the bay and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa extends over three floors. On the middle floor there is a bright, open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. On this level there is also a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. From the living and dining area you have access to a spacious balcony with fantastic sea views. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms (one of them with a sofa bed) and two modern bathrooms.

This level also offers access to a large balcony with wonderful views of the Mediterranean. On the lower floor there is a separate studio-style living area with a bedroom for three people and a modern bathroom. From here you can access the spacious sun terrace with the private swimming pool. A utility room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer is also available. The property is set on a fenced plot with several stylish chill-out areas, a generous sun terrace, and the large private swimming pool. Ample parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Parties are strictly prohibited, and noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
