From the living-dining area you have direct access to the large sun terrace with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain and of the Castillo de San Juan. In the outdoor area you will find a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with a lawn, a built-in barbecue, the spacious sun terrace and the private swimming pool. For unforgettable evenings outdoors, a built-in barbecue is available. The villa has a garage with a washing machine.
