Payment
- Deposit: 40% upon booking
- Final payment: 60% upon key handover, cash or credit card
- Alternatively, bank transfer before arrival – bank details on request
Arrival & Departure
- Arrival: 4:00 – 8:00 pm (flexible on request)
- Departure: until 10:00 am (flexible on request)
- Low season: flexible times possible
- Arrivals outside office hours possible by arrangement
- Arrival and departure days are marked in bold in the calendar
Occupancy
- Additional guests must be registered
- Children from 4 years count as full persons
Youth groups with owner approval
- Holiday home: €200 deposit per person
- Apartment: €75 deposit per person
- Refund one week after departure if property is returned properly
- Parties/noise after 10 pm not allowed – violations result in immediate departure without refund
Services
- All services (e.g. extra guests, WiFi, pets) are payable on site
- WiFi: device must be ordered 6 weeks before arrival. Reception may vary
- Pets: type, size, breed must be specified when booking
- Bed linen/towels: pre-order recommended in high season
Security Deposit
- Payable at key handover, cash or credit card
- Refund after proper return of the property
- Damage fund / deposit waiver: no deposit required on site. Guest damages are covered by insurance up to €500. If no damage is found, the damage waiver fee will be refunded to the customer's bank account.
Tourist Tax
- Not included in rental price, max. 7 nights
- From 17 years payable, children up to 16 exempt
