Deposit and Rules for Young Guests.
A deposit of €150 per person for the house and €75 per person for the studio apartment must be paid in cash for young guests. The deposit will be refunded one week after departure, provided the property is left in perfect condition. Parties and noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the guest must leave the property without any refund.
