The villa spans two floors. On the upper floor, you will find a bright living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a storage room with washing machine, and a guest WC. From the living area, you can step onto a beautiful covered terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean landscape and direct access to the spacious pool terrace.

The lower floor features three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a lovely terrace with mountain views and access to the garden and pool area. The enclosed Mediterranean property includes a built-in barbecue area, a spacious sun terrace, and the large private swimming pool. Parking spaces are available.
