Exit to a beautiful terrace with panoramic views over Blanes. The upper floor of the villa has another living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a modern bathroom.

The enclosed outdoor area of this property offers plenty of privacy and features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, a spacious sun terrace surrounding the large private swimming pool and spectacular views of the mountains and of the "Castillo de San Juan". Parking facilities can be found on the property.
