From the living area, one reaches a beautiful, covered terrace and a chill-out area with panoramic sea view and access to the spacious pool terrace. In the lower area of the house, which is accessible via a separate entrance, there is another double bedroom with a sofa bed for two people, TV, and a modern bathroom. Exit to a beautiful, covered terrace with fantastic panoramic sea view.
The property has an enclosed plot with a spacious sun terrace and the large, private swimming pool. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the property.
