The villa is spread over three floors. The upper level features a bright living and dining area with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three double bedrooms, one bedroom for four guests, one bedroom for three guests, and three modern bathrooms. From the living and dining area as well as the bedrooms, you have access to a lovely balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Mediterranean landscape.

On the lower level, there is a separate apartment with a living and dining area, a kitchen, an additional double bedroom and a modern bathroom. A spacious games room with table tennis, billiards and table football leads directly to the extensive sun terrace. Here you can enjoy several chill-out areas, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, and a large private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The enclosed property offers plenty of space to relax. Ample parking is available both on the property and in front of the villa. The living and dining area on the upper floor of the house is air-conditioned.
