The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. From the living-dining area you have access to a spacious covered terrace. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a large terrace offering spectacular panoramic views of Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean.

The fully enclosed property features a chill-out area with a built-in barbecue, a small pool (approx. 3 m in diameter) and parking facilities.
