On the ground floor, you'll find a light-filled living and dining area, equipped with a cozy fireplace and satellite TV. Here, you can relax and enjoy the stunning views through large windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, leaving nothing to be desired. A double bedroom and two guest WCs provide additional comfort. Access to a covered terrace, which boasts fantastic panoramic views of the sea, completes this floor.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms offering the highest level of comfort. Two modern bathrooms ensure convenience. From here, you can step out onto a spacious terrace that again offers an unparalleled view of the sea.

The generous grounds are ideal for families and friends. The barbecue house, equipped with a brick grill, invites you to cozy BBQ evenings. Relax on the large sun terrace or enjoy a refreshing break in the private swimming pool, complemented by an outdoor shower.

Parking is also available. Please note that the house's Jacuzzi is currently not in use, and the owner lives in a separate apartment.
