On the ground floor, you will find a bright and airy living and dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning views through the large panoramic windows. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. This level also offers one double bedroom and two guest WCs. From the living and dining area, you have direct access to a beautiful covered terrace as well as to the pool terrace with its fantastic sea views.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. This floor also features a terrace with an incomparable view of the sea. The spacious, enclosed grounds include a chill-out area, a barbecue house with a built-in grill, a large sun terrace with an outdoor shower, and the private swimming pool. Parking is available on the property. Please note that the villa’s jacuzzi is currently out of service and that the caretaker lives in a completely separate adjoining apartment.
