Mediterranean holiday home just 200 metres from the beach and the picturesque promenade of Llafranc, one of the most charming seaside resorts on the Costa Brava. Its excellent location combines proximity to the sea with the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere of the village centre.

The house is arranged over three floors. From street level, a staircase with 30 steps leads to a spacious terrace. On the main floor, you will find a bright living and dining area with TV, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. From the living area, you have direct access to a lovely sun terrace. This floor also offers a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. A short staircase with only three steps leads down to the lower floor, where there is one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a modern bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a further double bedroom and another modern bathroom. The property is fully enclosed and offers ample parking directly in front of the house.

This holiday home close to the beach in the beautiful coastal village of Llafranc is the perfect base for a Costa Brava getaway – ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.
