Stylish, recently renovated holiday home in Llafranc on the Costa Brava. Located in a quiet, privileged area, just 800 m from the beach and town center, the house features several beautiful terraces with panoramic views of the Mediterranean surroundings and the sea.

The main area offers a bright living/dining room with fireplace and TV, as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. From here, you can access a sunny terrace with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. On the lower level, there are three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Upstairs, you will find another double bedroom with a dressing room and a modern bathroom, with access to a balcony offering panoramic views of the mountains and sea. The property also includes a well-maintained, Mediterranean-style enclosed garden. Parking is available in front of the house.

Important information: As the house spans several levels accessible only by stairs and the outdoor area is not fully secured (e.g., no high railing or fence), it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or small children.
