Holiday home with fantastic panoramic sea views, just 1200m from the beach in Llafranc on the Costa Brava, in a complex with a large communal pool. The resort consists of 20 holiday homes.

The house has 3 floors and includes a living/dining room with chimney and TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 4 double bedrooms ( 1 bedroom with a sofa bed), 3 bathrooms and access to two beautiful terraces with fantastic panoramic sea views. Closed plot and parking.

Calella de Palafrugell / Llafranc is a former fishing village that has almost preserved its ancient, typical appearance. Belonging to Palafrugell, Llafranc is in close proximity to the hill of Sant Sebastian, which, with its lighthouse and an old chapel, is a tourist attraction in this region.
