Mediterranean Holiday Home in l'Escala on the Costa Brava with Access to a Shared Swimming Pool. The pool, just a 5-minute walk from the house, is open from June 1st to September 30th.

The holiday home spans two floors. On the ground floor there is a bright and airy living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a guest WC. Upstairs you will find three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The enclosed property offers a small sun terrace, a breakfast terrace with a built-in barbecue, and a parking space.

Thanks to its location, the beaches, restaurants, and attractions of l'Escala as well as the picturesque coastline are easily accessible – making it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Spain.
