The property is located in the picturesque village of Canapost, just 12 km from the beautiful beaches near Pals and L’Estartit on the Costa Brava.

On the ground floor you will find three bright living areas, including a comfortable lounge with fireplace and TV, a dining room, an additional leisure room with table tennis, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a modern bathroom and a lovely covered terrace with direct access to the spacious pool terrace.

On the mezzanine level, the house offers a private suite with its own living area, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. The upper floor features another living room, three double bedrooms, a modern bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean landscape.
